Administrator would provide a comprehensive HR administration and support to managers and staff in line with company policies and procedures and employment legislation.
Placing adverts and liaising with agencies as appropriate. Ensuring new starter paperwork is accurate
Assisting managers with disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings in a note taking
Processing leavers as appropriate.
Ensuring all employee files are maintained and updated monthly, monitoring attendance, highlighting areas of concern to relevant managers. Attending meetings and providing ad-hoc project support as required.
