PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS (FOR SPECIALIST DIVISONS OF: ENGINEERING, SUPPLY CHAIN & SALES)
LOCATION: DONCASTER/SHEFFIELD/SCUNTHORPE/HULL
SALARY AND BENEFITS: c£18-25,000 + Uncapped commission (OTE £30-40,OOO) + Management prospects. Salary not a bar for the right candidate.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Recruitment consultancy experience would be preferred but we would give serious consideration to candidates with a successful track record in engineering, engineering management, engineering sales, sales, marketing, purchasing or supply chain
-Strong business development skills
-Sharp Customer service focus
-High commitment level
-Commercial acumen

ROLE INFORMATION:
-3 separate recruitment consultant roles with responsibility for recruiting:
i) engineers and technical staff
ii) sales professionals
iii) buyers, planners and senior purchasing/procurement managers
-Business development within engineering, manufacturing, distribution and service sectors
-Sourcing of candidates, primarily engineers & technical staff, sales individuals, planners and buyers
- Candidate interviews
-Matching candidates to jobs
- Visiting clients
