Our city centre based client is looking for customer services working full time between the working hours of 9am-9pm 37.5hrs including Saturdays. This will be on a temporary ongoing basis. Providing quality written and verbal customer support to all of the company’s customers, including residential, business and partners. Being the voice of the company and representing the company values in interactions with our customers to increase customer satisfaction, drive referrals and increase the customer base.
Responsibilities
• Answering all inbound sales and customer service calls, tickets and contact sales.
• Providing support and retention via outbound calls.
• Meeting and exceeding all customer service SLAs.
• Meeting performance and quality targets applicable to the appropriate analysts level.
• Identifying key customer affecting issues and raising problems and ideas where applicable in order to drive and develop the business.
