Our Client are leading Media & Marketing Company who require a
Research Executive
The Role
In this role, you will be expected to undertake and deliver research from a briefing stage, through to the gathering and analysis of data, and the provision of final presentations to senior audiences.
RESEARCH EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
The Research Exec will be expected to promote and sustain a constructive,supportive and friendly working relationship with all external and internal customers, immediate and senior management and other work colleagues.
Key areas of responsibility
The following areas will constitute the main focus of the Research Executive’s role:
· Project proposals, including budgeting
· The overall management and coordination of research projects
supported by dedicated market research sales and data analysis teams
· Questionnaire design and implementation of online surveys
· Evaluation and interpretation of meaningful recommendations which
achieve client’s project and commercial objectives
· Client liaison, including presentations to existing and potential clients
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
· Sound knowledge of research methodologies (quantitative and
qualitative) with 1 year experience in a similar role
· Ability to interpret data and present analysis in a comprehensive, clearand informative manner
· Experience of using survey software (e.g. SPSS, Online survey
software)
· Experience of confidently managing clients in a research agency
context
· IT literacy across Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook)
· The ability to work as part of a close-knit team
· The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Commitment to getting the job done with a high quality output
· Commercially astutePreferable
Preferable:
· Higher degree or professional qualification with significant research
element (e.g. MRS)
