    Salary scale 4D: £25659 - £28157( pro rata) for a
    9 month post commencing in October 2008

    The main aim of this post is to manage and deliver a project to review and update SYHA’s tenancy agreement and resident handbook.

    The post holder will be responsible for delivering against project remits that include producing a communications plan; research; consultation with customers and staff; rewriting the tenancy agreement and resident guide; and implementing the new agreement and guide.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person that has excellent project management skills, the ability to communicate and consult with a wide range of people, a flair for producing documentation in plain English and excellent project report writing and presentation skills.

    The post is based at the Wellington Street Office, working 37 hours per week on flexi time basis, 27 days annual leave pro rata, and 12 bank holidays pro rata.
