This is working in a small team dealing with inbound calls. Must have excellent telephone manner with the ability to multi task and delivery high standards of service level.Dealing with call handling inbound working on a user friendly system. very busy call system.Working in a busy brand dispense department - will be responsible for taking calls from the field and contacting engineers to arrange for them to deal with the problem or query. Must have excellent phone manner and be able to condense ifo to give out instructions via text msg. An excellent work envt - really friendly
week 1 Monday - Friday 9.30 - 2.30pm and then week 2 Mon - Saturday 9.30 - 2.30 with a day off in the week TBA.
