Our Client are a leading Organisation throughout South Yorkshire and the UK.

The Service Performance Section requires a Technical Assistant to provide a data maintenance and information production service, particularly in relation to Real Time Passenger Information.

You will needto be good on Microsoft Access and Excel and have experience producing statistics/ reports and dealing with routine data. .

The qualities:
Candidates should posses four GCSEs at grade C including Maths and English or an appropriate transport qualification or professional attainment and an A level or equivalent in a numerate subject. You will be computer literate with keyboard skills and also have knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Access and Excel.

You should be a team player and have a logical/analytical approach to problem solving. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to acquire new technical skills and have proven experience in computer based data handling and information retrieval. Communication and influencing skills are also essential to this role.
