Our client has a vacancy for an experienced and target driven sales person.
The job:
To identify and convert into sales, the training needs of businesses across South Yorkshire through implementing a telesales operation and conducting customer-facing appointments to effectively market the products and services ofthe company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate sales opportunities in line with specific marketing campaigns and company targets.
Maintain and develop the in-house computerised customer database in accordance with the customer care and satisfaction plan.
Assist in the identification and development of training services and products demanded by local businesses to optimise quality of service and business growth.
Maintain and develop existing and new relationships with internal and external customers and partners through planned customer support.
Attend network meetings and events as required along with training opportunities identified in the personal development plan.
Working with the Commercial Training Manager, contribute to the development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the commercial training service.
Qualifications & Experience:
You will have a good standard of eduction and a proven track record in sales.
You must be computer literate with fresh ideas for marketing plans and excellent negotiation skills. Business to business experience is essential.
Due to the nature of the position you must have a clean driving license and your own car.
The hours of work are Monday -Friday 9am-5pm and you will be provided with a company mobile phone.
