My client, a current market leader in Property Management, in the Doncaster area is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator on a permanent basis.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Working with the existing lettings team and sales Manager to drive the business forward
Sales via Tele canvassing and face to face
Liaising with clients both face to face and via the telephone
Arranging and conducting site and property visits/viewings
Advertising and marketing of properties
Mapping of local areas to expand into
All administration duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will have previous lettings or sales experience, you will be highly motivated, hungry for sales and very customer focussed. You must be a team player, passionate and be of smart appearance.
You will be working 40 hours per week over 7 days on a rota basis
