We are looking for a qualified and experienced Energy Performance Assessor to work in a vibrant, expanding letting agency in Sheffield City Centre. This fast paced job calls for someone who is confident and can use his or her own imitative.
When is needed… You must have experience of commercial property surveying. Only those who are fully qualified and certificated will be allowed to prepare EPC’s.
There are currently two qualifications that will enable the holders to carry out EPC’s,
- The Diploma in Home Inspection
- Diploma in Energy Assessment
The starting salary is basic however our client has said that the right candidate who contributes to the whole business will be recognised and a wage increase would follow, once training is complete.
