My client a rapidly expanding firm on the outskirts of Barnsley town centre are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with B2B sales and administration experience, who has the ability to work on their own initiative and have the drive to progress within the company.
The position available is for a Sales Office Co-ordinator.
Duties include:
• Contacting new and existing clients
• Promoting products and services
• Monitor outstanding orders and liaise with purchasing and customers regarding orders
• Manage invoices and delivery notes
• Chase outstanding payments
• Diary management on behalf of the sales team
• Handle any customer queries and complaints
The right candidate for this role must have previous B2B sales experience, knowledge of Sage line 50 or MMS would be advantageous and a strong admin background is essential.
This position is initially to cover maternity for 9 months with the opportunity of becoming a permanent member of staff and potentially become the office manager.
Due to this initially being a maternity cover position my client will provide an incentive of a £1k bonus on completion of the 9 months.
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
Salary: £15k per annum + on target bonus
