Camwatch is a rapidly growing company based near Park Square in Sheffield, providing specialist services in the CCTV market throughout the UK and Northern Europe. We own and run the largest CCTV alarm-receiving central station in the UK with over 20,000 cameras monitored. We install and service CCTV alarm systems, specialising in larger and more complex installations, not the corner shop. Customer Service Coordinator
Responsible for
Taking calls from customers
Assigning jobs to engineers via the company’s computerized operating system
Keeping track of open issues
Keeping track of engineers as they carry through their tasks
Ensuring timely completion of the paperwork and data entry aspects of the engineers and their jobs
As the role develops we will expect the incumbent to take a more proactive customer service role in making calls to our client base in order to ensure everything is OK with their system, to stay in touch and to show that we value them. Dealing with any issues that come out of these contacts.
Candidate Requirements
Some experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial, although it is unlikely to have been within the security sector. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to quickly grasp our systems and procedures and then to work with initiative and with a minimum of supervision. Good telephone manner and good communication skills are important.
Hours and Remuneration
Full time role 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay will be in the region of £15,000 to £18,000 depending upon experience and qualifications.
