A local, private business based in the S11 area of Sheffield are looking to appoint a permanent Lettings Manager/Administrator to manage a portfolio of around 50 properties including student accomodation.
The role will encompass the following...
*Showing Properties
*Dealing with prospective and existing tenants
*Organising property maintenance - plumbers/electricians
*Marketing properties
*Fulfilling associated Administrative duites
Ideal Candidate...
*Proven relevant Lettings experience
*Knowledge of assured shorthold tenancies
*Knowledge of current legislation on houses in multiple occupation
*Good conversational skills along with excellent interpersonal skills
*Word/Excel/Access literate
The company are offering a salary of up to £16k dependant upon experience. Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm, 5 days per week, some flexibility is required as some weekend work may be involved.
