Person Spec, Candidates must:
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have least 2-4 years of sales experience within a marketing
role
• Have extensive experience of developing, maintaining and
delivering on marketing strategies
• Be able to demonstrate technical marketing skills and
company knowledge
• Have previous experience with Budget Management
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate
with companies and employees alike
• Build strong relationships quickly and effectively with key
people across different services and functions
• Have highly developed persuasive and influencing skills
• Have a strong understanding of customer and market
dynamics and requirements
• Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and
promotional activities
• Have effective communication skills both oral and written
• Have strong presentation skills
• Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Have excellent analytic skills and ability to utilise web and
marketing data
• Be calm in rapid response/crisis situations

Job Spec, Responsible for:
• Developing and Maintaining marketing strategies to meet
company objectives
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and
competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations
in accordance
• Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional
activities
• Developing annual marketing plans in conjunction with the
Director responsible for Sales and with other senior
members of staff, detailing the forth coming years activities
and meeting agreed company objectives along with
providing evaluation of the effectiveness of previous
marketing and promotional activities
• Delivering all marketing and promotional activity with the
agreed Budget
• Providing monthly reports on spend against budget to
Senior Management
• Managing all aspects of print, production, receipt and
distribution
• Achieving frequent, timely and positive media coverage
across all available media
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic
planning to tactical activities
• Conducting market research in order to identify market
requirements for current and future services
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for
service lines
• Maintaining professional internal and external relationships
that meet company core values
• Initiating contact with prospects, arranging appointments
where necessary and securing leads
• Promoting all areas of the business when engaging with new
contacts
