Fantastic opportunity along with great benefits to work for a leading transport provider in the South Yorkshire area.
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the retail outlet network by delivering high class services to customers with ever changing needs. The role will include day to day management and development of the company retail operation and liaising with third party retailers to ensure complementary and consistent offers of products and services are made to customers.
The ideal candidate needs to be able to plan ahead and coach, develop and motivate your teams across the County. You need to be able to listen to your customers, finding fresh and innovative ways of keeping them happy whilst attracting new customers to the Information Centres. You will also need to have a good attention to detail, be a great leader and demonstrate both financial and commercial astuteness. A general management qualification is desirable but not essential.

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
GSCE Grade C Maths and English or equivalent.
Proven experience in an area management or large unit role.
Proven experience of providing customer services to the public.
Understanding of the role of retail operations.
Experience of coaching and training in a customer focused environment.
Communication, reporting and presentation skills.
A working knowledge of Health & Safety.
A travel pass will be provided to cover the travel required within the South Yorkshire area.
