Credit Manager required for superb business in Sheffield.
Duties will include overseeing a team of Credit Controllers ensuring that Client relationships are developed and maintained effectively and overdue accounts and outstanding debts are collected proactively and effectively and bad debt is kept to a minimum. You will be required to oversee and manage the team, meet with Clients to negotiate terms and ensure relationships are maintained. You will also be required to improve current working processes and efficiency's and ensure working improvements are made, you will be required to recruit and train your own team, and will also be involved with appraisals and one to ones.
The ideal candidate must have previous credit management experience, have a good general standard of education and preferably be ICM qualified or working towards.
You must have experience of managing a team, have excellent IT skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
