A highly successful, forward moving and innovative company are looking for an Administration Assistant to assist the HR Manager who covers two sites.
The role is to include providing a proficient administrative support service covering all aspects of HR administration including:-
- Processing new starters, leavers and offer packs and contracts of employment.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions and person specifications.
- Recruitment and selection processes including attendance at interviews, taking notes & liaising with Agencies.
Essential candidate requirements are:- A good academic background, a good understanding of business operations preferably gained within commercial industry. A confident person who is used to dealing with people at all levels and has excellent interpersonal skills and must understand the importance of confidentiality, excellent IT literacy in Microsoft Office.
Starting salary is negotiable depending upon level of experience, between £15-17k.
