SHIFT MANAGER
LOCATION: Sheffield
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £30K
COMPANY INFORMATION:
My client is well established with over 100 years of manufacturing experience. They are one of the worlds largest engineering workshops in Western Europe and have a track record of success.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience in heavy machining
- Knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Full responsibility of the machine shop
- Continuous Improvement within the manufacturing department
- Motivating a team of skilled technicians
