Temporary position for one week
To work…09.00 to 17.00hrs Mon to Friday in the week comm. 20th October 2008
Scope of Duties… To check the occupancy levels of a selected group of rooms (approx 10 - 15 in total according to their relative locations) each hour during the course of the teaching day and record the detail on sheets provided.
Briefing Session… Staff will be required to attend a half day’s (paid) briefing/familiarisation session on the Friday prior to the audit week i.e. Friday 17th October from 09.00 to 13.00hrs.
