Will largely be to receive instructions from both Account Managers and Client and handling updates and amendments to existing websites and e-solutions. You will take responsibility for assisting the Account Management team with administration and handling day-to-day duties for both account and project manager, booking in jobs, overseeing project Management on a day-to-day basis ensuring jobs are completed on time, conducting day to day communication with clients, covering for account managers when they are out of the office at meetings, occasionally attending client meetings from time to time, researching for new projects, client competitor analysis, writing proposals and other documents and preparing and distributing files.
The Successful Candidate
Will need to show excellent IT and computing skills including MS Word and Excel, solid proof reading skills, an understanding of the internet and new media and preferably of marketing and any exposure to Prince 2 would be a distinct advantage. You will be able to take the initiative and think independently, be a friendly, outgoing and motivated team player and will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a strong administration and sales / marketing role is essential as is the ability to work towards strict guidelines.
