Job Role...
A rare opportunity has arisen for a senior-level individual to join our client's successful management team. Within this role, you will be expected to promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with all external and internal customers, immediate and senior management and other work colleagues. The role can effectively be split into Project Management and People Management as you will be required to take the lead on delivering and developing key consumer accounts. The role will also involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day contact & development of a team of people including a Senior Executive, a Research Executive and two Analysts. To be successful in the role you will have a solid commercial and account management background and will need to be well versed in delivering strategic, value-added insights to your previous research clients.
The Successful Candidate...
Applicants are encouraged from those with a solid quantitative background gained within an agency environment. To be considered for the role you must have sound knowledge of research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) and online quantitative experience. You will be able to demonstrate experience of confidently managing clients in a research context, to interpret data and to present analysis in a comprehensive, clear and informative manner. Other key requisites include experience of managing project budgets, experience of using survey software, strong IT literacy, excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to manage & develop a team. Commercially astute, you will preferably hold a degree or professional qualification with significant research element, have strong quantitative research skills and be adept at analysis with a high attention to detail.
