Duties include:
· Taking a full expenditure assessment of customers in financial difficulty.
· To provide guidance and solutions to customers
· Treating customers fairly
· To contribute to the profitability of the company and help to minimise losses.
For this role,
We are looking for career driven candidates with strong communication & analytical skills with previous experience in customer service. This position would suit a numerically confident person who has had either Personal or corporate experience in managing budgets, with a healthy credit history.

· Salary ranging from £13,200 -£17,390 plus annual bonus
