This organisation's busy finance office requires a dependable accounts person to come on board on a temporary basis for 22.5 hours per week, to take responsibility for the running of the day to day finance activities, and other general administration within the office.
A very varied position, which requires an individual with a ''can do'' attitude as there will be occasions when the role will involve working on your own.
Duties include:
Month payroll
Bank reconciliations
Making payments
Inputting invoices
Budgetting and cashflow forecasting
VAT Returns and preparing year end financial reports for the accountants.
You will ideally have extensive previous experience in a similar accounts managment role and will be available to start immediately. Use of Quick Books accounting package would be desirable.
