Our client is a leading provider of interim managers, consultants and training to the NHS and Local Government. They are looking for a Consultant to join their large and expanding team.
Key areas of responsibility for the Consultant are:
delivery of assignments including the production of reports and presentations for our clients when appropriate
securing repeat work and winning new work, including writing proposals
building strong long term relationships with our clients
managing/supervising the performance of other consultants and encouraging personal development
development of new products and services
marketing and development of services
the overall achievement of Company targets
identifying new markets to take the Company forward
The Consultant must at all times ensure:
the safeguarding of the interests of the Company’s stakeholders
that they behave in a professional way, empathising with our ‘public sector’ clients and making us a part of the public sector family
that Company standards are maintained at all times and wherever possible enhanced.
The Consultant is required to ensure that managers are promptly and regularly informed of general progress on client sites, new leads and developments and, any other matters which are likely to be of significance.
