An opportunity has arisen to work in a busy office environment for a local authority.
The role includes general administration duties; filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning etc, answering telephones, taking messages and answering general queries, dealing with and typing correspondence.
Applicants must have a good telephone manner and preferably some level of customer service experience. Good knowledge of computer systems including word and exel and fast accurate typing skills, RSA qualifications would be desirable.
This is initially a temporary position for 6 weeks to start on the 8th December 2008 but could lead to ongoing/permanent work.
