A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join this busy accounts team.
The role is due to start in the new year for an ongoing temporary assignment.
The main purpose of this role is to charge customers for goods / services, keeping account of outstanding debts in order to plan cash flow. Also to ensure that all payments received from customers are accurate, and the company is not under - paid
Main duties will include;
Cash Allocation
Raising Credit notes
Daily Invoicing
Investigating customer queries
Chasing debts
Improving debtor days
General Administrative duties
As this role is dealing with external customers, all applicants must be able to communicate well at all levels to ensure the best possible customer service.
You will be working in a pressurised environment with deadlines, where accuracy is of utmost importance.
