You will be engaged in a fee earning role, working on solicitors' files and dealing with the recovery of legal costs from the firm's opponent firms where cases have successfully been won. You will also defend the firm when costs are being paid out. The job will require drafting and negotiation skills. In the longer term there may also be opportunities to undertake advocacy.
