    JOB TITLE: Recruiter.
    PURPOSE OF JOB:Through networking and cold calling you will be required to create employment opportunities with new and existing businesses . Build relationships with a wide variety of employers. Work with Key Workers and target groups to help them achieve sustainable employment by successfully matching the participants to opportunities thus ensuring that targets are met. Have drive and determination to succeed.
    Key responsibilities.To have the ability and resolve to achieve set targets and sustain contractual employment outcomes.
    2.Source suitable employment / placement opportunities for participants.
    3.Through telesales, employer visits, mail shots and other marketing initiatives, develop and maintain records of current and potential employers.
    4.Have the ability to build good working relationships.
    5.Match participants with vacancies that most closely fit both parties requirements to maximise satisfaction on both sides.
    6.Actively promotes the companies services to employers, placements and partners.
    7.To collect information on College courses, apprenticeships, employment opportunities, training programmes etc and make available to participants.
    8.To find tasters / placements to meet the needs of individual participants.
    9.To vet all employers, placements and tasters to ensure they meet health & safety requirements.
    10.To maintain records employers, placements and tasters participants starting and leaving their organistions.
    11.To maintain statistics on numbers in employers, placements and tasters.
    12.To take an active part in job search with groups of participants and individual participants as required:·
    To comply with all company processes and procedures and adheres to deadlines.·Completion of all necessary administration determined by external and internal requirements in line with company, contractual deadlines.
    Promote and share good practice throughout.
    Produce statistical and management information.
    Committed to continuous improvement - personal and organisational.
    Increase the profile of the company by assisting in the marketing and interviewing.
    To ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time and in line with organizational requirements.
    To keep all appropriate records.
    To keep all equipment, areas clean, tidy and organised at all times.
    To undergo internal and external training when required.
    To ensure implementation of the Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities policies and Quality systems at all times.
    To undertake and carry out any additional duties deemed necessary by line management.
    IT literate.
    Ability to encourage, inspire and motivate participants and candidates through good use of communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to prioritise workload and make decisions.
    Knowledge required
    Health & SafetyPrevious marketing experience, including cold calling and telesales.
    Commercially aware
    Scope May occasionally be required to work out of normal hours
    Overnight stays may occasionally be required
    Full driving licence, their own vehicle and business insurance. (may not apply in certain areas)
    Participants may be spread over a wide geographical area.
    Skills required
    Communication: both verbal and written. Good listening and feedback skills.
    Organisational skills: ability to manage own work load, ensuring all records are maintained and learner paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
    Team working: working closely with colleagues and sharing information to ensure the best possible support for the customers.
    Problem solving & decision making: to ensure prompt action is taken with particular regard for health and safety
