Lettings Administrator job based in central Sheffield.
My client is currently looking to recruit a lettings administrator to join their business. Based in central sheffield your duties will include
- Co-ordinating the day to day running of the building including the administration
- Dealing with enquiries and viewing on both a letting to occupants and sale to purchaser basis.
- Organising maintenance
- Mid and end of tenancy inspections
- Answering queries raised by tenants/would be purchasers
- Co-ordinating the full letting process where such lettings have come directly to the company
- Dealing with the on-going questions in relation to the running of the Scheme and specifically liasing with the marketing agents who will also be letting apartments for the company.
- Monitor the rent collection and debt recovery,
- Onsite parking
- Accessible on public transport
- Excellent rates of pay
The ideal candidate will have previous working experience in a similar environment.
