TITLE: HR MANAGER
LOCATION: NORTH NOTTS
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £40,000 plus car and benefits (Healthcare and Pension)

As part of their ongoing growth and continued success they are currently looking for a strong HR Professional who make a huge impact in this division.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You will be a strong communicator, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be experienced at leading a team from the front to deliver a high quality HR multi-site service.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
The role will require offering guidance and support to Operational Managers and ongoing development of HR professionals.
ROLE INFORMATION:
You will be inspirational, a good mentor and someone who has the ability to motivate and inspire a team and previous line management experience would be an added advantage.
CIPD qualified with a strong 'generalist' HR Manager's background with experience of working at senior management level. Good knowledge of current HR legislation and problem solving ability. Manage the business stream resourcing process in line with budgetary parameters and divisional policy and procedures to maintain business objectives. Promote a health and safety culture and maintain a safe working environment. Promote learning and development activities to support planning and talent management. Work closely with trade unions and staff representative groups to optimise people related matters and to engage employees.
Manage, analyse, identify trends and make recommendations on relevant information and data so that informed people decisions can be made.
