TITLE: HR PROJECT AND HR SYSTEMS MANAGER
LOCATION; SHEFFIELD
SALARY AND BENEFITS: - £35 - 42,000 + long-term contract - sourcing and implementation of new HR System to large UK organisation
COMPANY INFORMATION;
Our client is going through change and is a large multi-faceted organisation offering a distinct service in a niche market.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
This role will require the ideal candidate to manage and lead on sourcing the correct system for the organisation, leading on implementation and integration projects and rolling out to all employees. Work with Managers and stakeholders in order to identify business user requirements and formulate HR Systems strategy. Create and develop all HR system management information reports. Production of HR system user guidance documentation and training users. Development of the company HR intranet portal, including introduction and use of HR Process on-line forms.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
The ideal candidate will have had several years' involvement in all aspects of HR Business Intelligence reporting and e-HR processes together with significant Human Resources management and operational experience together with in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of HR information systems selection, development, roll out and implementation within large multi-faceted organisations.
