Your responsibilities will include:-
- Raising invoices as required
- Responsible for assisting in the collection process
- Ensuring smooth production of monthly aged debt reports and analysis to enable the timely collection of overdue payments
- Instigate chase letters and implementation of a robust recovery system for non payment issues along with a timely collection process
- Ensure accurate and timely production of audit working papers relevant to Sales Ledger
Key Skills:
- Understanding of Sales Ledger & Credit Control experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Word and Outlook
- Experience of operating in a deadline driven, pressurised environment
