  • Full Description:

    To lead on subject specialism(s), covering quality of delivery, planning and keeping abreast of/implementing developments in the sector.
    To take a lead on all developments within your subject specialism(s)
    Ensure delivery staff have the occupational competence and assessment skills to achieve the Company’s performance objectives

    Train staff in accordance with QCA guidelines and complete a record of the training provided

    To ensure that Internal Verification is carried out in line with QCA/Awarding Body requirements

    Enable delivery staff to achieve contract profiles, through the provision of induction, training needs analysis, training, support, quality monitoring and standardisation meetings

    Promote and share good practice throughout the delivery of qualifications

    Produce management information for line manager review
    Networking with internal and external staff.
    Responsible for ensuring, that all paperwork is of a high quality and submitted within set timescales.

    To comply with all CTS processes and procedures

    Committed to continuous improvement – personal and organisational

    Scope

    Responsible for the internal verification, training and delivery materials to ensure the quality of qualifications been delivered

    May occasionally be required to work out of normal hours

    Must have a full driving licence, their own vehicle and business insurance (may not apply in certain areas)

    Qualifications
    • D32/33/34/36 or A/V1 units
    • TDLB/L&D/Management qualification an advantage
    • Occupational specific qualifications
    Experience

    Minimum of 6 months management experience.

    Minimum of 9 months internal verification experience, within specialist subject area(s).

    Experience of mentoring, coaching, delivering training or supporting personal development

    IT literate

    Used to working to tight deadlines

    Numerate and literate
