A temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounts assistant to work on a full-time basis for a leading logistics company based in the South of Sheffield. The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, conducting payment runs and cashiering.

Your role will involve:
Matching,batching, coding and processing a high volume of invoices
Assisting the purchase ledger and sales ledger managers
Inputting data onto Excel
Dealing with bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations
Resolving supplier queries
Allocating cash
Conducting payment runs
Cashiering
General admin
