A well-established fast-growing marketing company have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to help out in their lively and busy accounts department.
Key responsibilities include:
Running the payroll including setting up staff and inputting of timesheets
Produce weekly payroll files for review
Enter supplier invoices into the companys in-house system Dimensions
Matching approved invoices to originals
Check calculations and job costings
Ensuring invoices are correctly approved and adequately backed up
General administration duties
