A well known and highly successful pharmaceutical company in Chesterfield require a purchase ledger clerk to help assist them with a special project over the next 12 months.
You will be working for them full-time (9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday) and your role will involve:
Inputting and coding a high volume of invoices
Matching delivery notes to invoices
Preparing payments to pay suppliers in accordance with the agreed terms
Reconciling supplier statements
Processing invoices
Dealing with basic account queries
Processing payments onto the system
Raising purchase orders as required
Maintaining the purchase ledger filing systems
Assisting with other accounts office duties as required

Previous purchase ledger experience
Good I.T skills (ideally with some knowledge of Sage Line 50)
