My Client is seeking a Financial Controller to take charge of the accounts function for a medium sized acquisitive service sector business.
Reporting to the Financial Director your broad ranging duties will include responsibility for the day to day running of the Finance Department, managing a small team, producing the monthly management accounts, annual financial statements and liaising with Auditors and Tax Advisors. In addition you will be involved in potential acquisitions, reviewing VAT returns, P11Ds and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Ideally you will be qualified (ACA or ACCA).
