The role:
You’ll be responsible for the efficient operation of the network by delivering high class services to customers with ever changing needs..
The qualities:
You’ll need to be able to plan ahead and coaching, developing and motivating your teams across the county. You need to be able to listen to your customers, finding fresh and innovative ways of keeping them happy whilst attracting new customers to our Information Centres. You’ll also need to have an attention to detail, be a great leader and demonstrate both financial and commercial astuteness. A general management qualification is desirable but not essential.
