Successful supplier of medical products are looking to recruit for this new position.
The Sales and Customer Relationship Manager will oversee 3 internal sales staff and the Customer Support Manager, bridging together the two teams to ensure successful liaison and communication. Analysing trends in sales within Client accounts and guiding and motivating the team to maximise and introduce new products where needed is also important within this role. Accompanying the internal and external sales team at conferences from time to time to.
To be successful for this position you must have previous people management skills gained within an office sales department and possess excellent customer relationship skills.
