EXCELLENT PART-TIME FINANCIAL CONTROLLER POSITION WITHIN AN ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURING BUSINESS
LOCATION: S Yorks
SALARY AND BENEFITS: c£45,000
COMPANY INFORMATION:
- A developing business within the manufacturing industry with a turnover of over £10m
- Business is still growing this time of economic crisis
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Knowledge and previous experience of working within the manufacturing industry
- Ability to manage a small team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong academic background with relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Previous experience within an influential position and team leading
- Skills in auditing of ledgers
- Ideally you will have the ability to prepare accounts to the standard of their Big Four auditors or you will have worked with auditors in the past
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Statutory account preparation
- Monthly management accounts are generally conducted by the company accountant, however, the business is looking for a Financial Controller who will work closely with him team so that tight deadlines are met
- You will have the opportunity to get involved in the strategic side of the company for added value
- Leading a team of four people at various stages of their qualifications
- Setting budgets, forecasts & analyse variance
