When people pay a visit to their local Lloyds TSB branch, we want them to leave with just one impression: that we’re a great bank. But that can be harder to achieve at our busiest times – and, of course, every branch has its own busy times. That means we’re looking for people who don’t just share our passion for fantastic service, but also have the flexibility to work the hours when our customers need you the most.

Whether you’re at the welcome desk, cashier counter or any other area of the bank, your role is simple – to help customers get the service they deserve. That might mean simply answering a question or processing a transaction, but you’re also there to find out how we can do more – by making recommendations on a range of products and services. In the process, you’ll help us achieve some challenging performance targets – but with uncapped bonus potential, the better you do, the better your rewards.

We’ll provide the same great training we give our full-time staff, helping you develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes, and giving you the communication and people skills you’ll need to deliver the standards of service our customers deserve. So, because our training is so comprehensive, you don’t need a background in finance or banking – all we ask is that you bring enthusiasm, commitment and some experience in a customer-facing role.
