The Opportunity
My client an exciting opportunity for a consultant to join one of the most highly regarded HR recruitment consultancies in the market. Based in the Sheffield office you will work as part of their already established and high billing Yorkshire team.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced sales environment you will manage the full recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks will range from business development, a strong emphasis being placed on developing lasting business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in the initial job description to negotiating the final offer.
The Person
To succeed you need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and an ambition to succeed.
A proven background of developing successful business relationships and building and managing lasting customer relationships is essential.
My client interested in hearing from either Recruitment Consultants or HR Recruitment professionals with or without professional recruitment backgrounds.
