Business Intelligence Assistant
£17,000 - 22,000pa D.O.E
The Job Role...
PLEASE NOTE THAT THOUGH MARKETING IS AN ELEMENT, THIS IS NOT A MARKETING ROLE. The role will primarily be to underpin and provide support for Marketing and Business Development activities. Duties will include actively researching and extracting market information on clients & competitors, maintaining & enhancing the current database and record communications and information, provide admin and PA style support to the Marketing Manager and act as a point of contact for liaison, news content-management, website admin, monitoring conferences, telephone support, and other ad hoc duties including minute taking, organising meeting, data management etc.
The Successful Candidate...
Will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and will have previous experience in a Marketing Assistant / Administration role. You will have experience of working with CRM packages and of marketing telephone sales. Sales driven and business savvy, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills with good attention to detail and a strong level of IT literacy. Client facing experience is essential, as is the ability to be proactive in assessing and extracting information and to then use your initiative to research and verify information. A keen interest in market research and customer relations is a must and overall you will be a well-presented, professional individual who will work well within the team.
