The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preliminary advice to new clients looking to make a claim follwoing a road traffic accident.

This is a telephone based role that involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls, so an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Applications are particularly sought from those with experience working within the legal sector and applicants should be team orientated as well as being able to work on their own initiative.
