Job Description
Search Consultancy are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager for a company based in Sheffield, our client is a leading hospital that specialises in mental health.The Role:Hold 24 hr Management Accountability and responsibility for direct care services.Provide line management for all staff and delegate responsibilities where appropriate to other senior clinical staff. Take the leading role in assuring the quality in clinical care.Ensure that clinical care policy and practice is informed by best available practice.Lead specialist clinical care through own practice and networking with other local and national agencies and clinicians.Develop the clinical care skills of all staff and provide a framework for supervision and clinical line management.Ensure the statutory requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000 are fully met.Report to the clinical governance on the effectiveness of clinical care and to make recommendations on how it may be improved.The Person:Part 3 or 13 of UKCC RegistrationENB 998 CR equivalentDegree in Nursing StudiesManagement experienceForensic experience
