Home Manager - Barnsley - 30-33K

Our client are a leading provider of care services throughout the UK who currently seeking an experienced RGN manager for their 55 bed nursing home in the Barnsley area.

Your role will be to oversee the day to day running of the home, budgets, staff recruitment, rotas and ensure all staff and home policies adhere to National Care Standards. The ideal candidate will be a a registered nurse with a strong background in home management. You will be passionate about providing the highest levels of care for older people and be a capable and motivated leader.
