Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join innovative Sheffield based IT solutions company as a Contact and Helpdesk Administrator. The main responsibility is to act as first point of contact for all customers via telephone and email, dealing with the call or redirecting as appropriate to field engineers. All Helpdesk calls will be logged and documented and clients will be kept informed at all stages of the process. Simple problems will be fixed via remote control software with more complex problems referred to Technical Support. You will also deal with all related correspondence and admin.The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accurate, with good attention to detail you will be a natural problem solver with proven experience of dealing with a wide range of people. A good working knowledge of the full range of Microsoft Office applications is essential with recent experience of marketing and website promotion desirable. Used to following up sales leads would also be a distinct advantage. Full benefits package with the chance to increase salary with bonus/commission.
