My client is a major service sector business operating from prestigious offices based in the city centre. An experienced person is required immediately to undertake a 6 month contract and be involved in acquisitions and subsequent integration of accounting system\'s and processes.

Ideally you will have previous experience of acquisitions, knowledge of due diligence would be useful, however of prime importance is experience in processing and integrating the accounts function from a newly acquired business into the central accounts function. Experience of due diligence would be useful but not essential.

In addition you will involved in the preparation of management accounts for a number of cost centres and reporting on variances and making recommendations to managers on ways to improve efficiencies to reduce costs. A good understanding of SAP is also important.
There is the possibility of a contract extension or a permanent contract for the right individual.
