A great opportunity to work with our client as part of the established Entrepreneur Exchange team which encourages Entrepreneurial growth across the City . This is achieved though supporting, managing and helping grow a network of entrepreneurs through South Yorkshire.

The position requires the ability to recruit and support entrepreneurs and match them with identified clients. You will put into operation systems to support these relationships. You will be required to lead relationships and manage partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
• Attract, support and encourage entrepreneurs
• Procedures, assessment, induction and on going management of relationships
• Identify Individual/Business support requirements through liaising with other bodies
• Effectively match supply and demand and provide initial and ongoing support to both clients and entrepreneurs
• Manage, monitor and evaluate relationships on an ongoing basis
• Brief and debrief entrepreneurs and individuals/businesses/schools
• Develop and deliver materials and support.
• Develop working relationships and protocols with other delivery partners to maximise benefit and impact for clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to develop and manage relationships, negotiation where necessary. They will have superb customer care skills and an knowledge of the local economy. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with different sectors and agencies. A current dull driving licence and access to a car for work purposes are essential.
