Job Description
Our client is one of the area's leading debt collection and credit management companies. They are looking for a number of experienced TELEPHONE NEGOTIATORS to work on inbound and outbound calls via a dialler system to negotiate and collect overdue or defaulted payments on motor finance or consumer accounts.
You will negotiate payments with customers and discuss the best possible options for them. Collecting full amounts, one off payments and setting up repayment plans.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Experience of collecting outstanding payments
Excellent communication.
Strong negotiation skills.
Assertiveness.
Able to confidently make outbound calls.
Work to set guidelines.
Ability to prioritise.
Good decision maker.
Calm under pressure.
Able to work to targets and deadlines.
Team player as well as being able to work on own initiative.
Professional telephone manner.
Good keyboard skills.
ESSENTIAL:
Candidates MUST be able to pass a credit check!
Candidates need to be able to provide proof of right to work in the UK - upto date passport or a full A4 size birth certificate, proof of current address - bank statement or a utility bill and proof of NI number.
